Maison Saury has been welcoming travelers since the beginning of the 19th century in Ispagnac. Located in the heart of the village, we offer three apartments for rent with private parking.

Apartment in the small village of Ispagnac, near the Tarn. On the 1st floor, it consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Private parking.
For your comfort and respect for the planet, we favor the presence of ceiling fans rather than air conditioning.

• Large Bedroom: Enjoy a large 15m2 bedroom, perfectly fitted out to offer you a restful rest. The bedroom consists of a double bed (140) and 2 bunk beds.
• 2nd Bedroom: Pretty 9m2 bedroom, perfectly furnished. It consists of 2 bunk beds. :
• Cozy Lounge: Relax in our comfortable lounge, ideal for meeting up with family or friends. The presence of a ceiling fan will allow you to better appreciate the hot summer weather. The living room has a sofa bed (140).
• Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to whip up tasty dishes.

• Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival, Cancellation with full refund up to 30 days before arrival, No refund within 30 days of arrival.
• Deposit: €400
• Cleaning deposit: €50
The cancellation must be sent:
-either by email to: locationsroux.ispagnac@gmail.com (Cancellation will be confirmed by a confirmation email sent by locationsroux.ispagnac@gmail.com within 48 hours after receipt of the lessee's email).
-either by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt (date of receipt taken as proof).
-If the tenant does not appear on the day mentioned in the contract: after a period of 24 hours and without notice to the owner: this contract is considered terminated, the amounts paid remain with the owner, the owner may have of its rental.
